In New York City, he has played a key role in shaping nightlife as Promotional Director at Paradise Club by Edition Hotels and as a partner at Virgo Nightclub, producing high-profile events such as the Met Gala Afterparty and the Forbes 30 Under 30 Party. His collaborations with cultural figures—including a unique experience with Carmelo Anthony at 9 Jones—highlight his ability to seamlessly blend entertainment, hospitality, and creative vision.

At Aquarelle, Baris brings his heritage to the table through Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, showcasing fresh seafood, vibrant herbs, and elegantly refined flavors. His latest venture, Dejavu, is a supper club and caviar-focused restaurant and bar where gastronomy meets performance.
